The Morro Bay High School Student Services Building is a modern, energy-efficient hub designed to support students, families, and the Morro Bay community. This new 8,500 sq. ft. facility brings together administration, counseling, health, and career services in a safe, accessible, and sustainable environment. Features include ADA compliance, advanced HVAC and plumbing systems, and drought-tolerant landscaping—delivering comfort, wellness, and long-term value.
BMA provided full mechanical engineering services, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, Title 24 energy compliance, and construction support. Our solutions ensured optimal indoor air quality, energy savings, and seamless integration with the building’s architecture.
