San Antonio Winery’s Paso Robles facility, completed in 2015, brought approximately 75,000 square feet of modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable space to California’s Central Coast. Designed to serve both wine production and hospitality, the facility enhanced the region’s winemaking tradition while providing a healthy, comfortable environment for staff, guests, and the broader community. The project reflected a commitment to sustainable practices and created a welcoming destination that supports local culture and economic growth.
BMA provided comprehensive mechanical engineering services, including advanced HVAC systems for comfort and indoor air quality, high-efficiency process heating and cooling, and robust plumbing and lab infrastructure. All systems were designed to meet Title 24 and CALGreen standards, ensuring energy efficiency and regulatory compliance. BMA’s scope also included energy modeling, commissioning, and construction administration, with innovative features such as CO₂ removal, smart humidification, and modular glycol systems supporting operational excellence and future expansion.
