BMA Mechanical was responsible for the complete mechanical engineering scope at Fire Station No. 3. This included the design and specification of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire suppression, and building controls systems. BMA’s work covered the installation of efficient HVAC units, comprehensive plumbing networks, code-compliant fire sprinkler systems, and integrated digital controls for building automation. The scope also encompassed system balancing, testing, commissioning, and coordination with other trades to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
