Cleaver & Clark Commons is a new affordable housing community in Grover Beach that reflects a commitment to providing stable, inclusive housing for Central Coast residents. Developed by People’s Self-Help Housing in partnership with the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo, the project delivers 53 multifamily units serving a diverse range of households, including farmworkers and individuals at risk of homelessness. BMA Mechanical+ supported this vision by designing the project’s mechanical and plumbing systems to provide reliable, efficient comfort and essential services to each residence, with systems tailored to meet the needs of a multi-unit residential community.
