Public safety support facilities require systems that are dependable, resilient, and easy to maintain over the long term. The City of Pismo Beach Police Annex Building was developed to expand operational capacity for police services, providing a dedicated environment to support day-to-day functions while maintaining consistent performance under varying occupancy and use conditions. Mechanical and plumbing systems play a critical role in delivering reliable comfort, ventilation, and water infrastructure that directly supports staff efficiency and facility functionality. BMA Mechanical+ supported this effort by delivering coordinated mechanical and plumbing engineering design, focusing on system reliability, code compliance, and long-term maintainability. From HVAC system selection and air distribution to domestic water, waste, and hot water systems, the design prioritizes efficient operation and straightforward maintenance—ensuring the facility performs as intended in real-world use.
