A Long-Standing District Partnership

BMA Mechanical+ has supported San Luis Coastal Unified School District for more than 30 years, providing mechanical and plumbing engineering for new construction, campus modernizations, HVAC replacements, and districtwide facility improvements.

Our work spans elementary, middle, and high school campuses throughout the district. We coordinate closely with district staff, architects, and project teams to improve classroom comfort, system reliability, energy performance, and long-term maintainability while minimizing disruption to active campuses.

Districtwide Experience

Our project experience includes:

  • New campuses for Baywood Elementary and Pacific Beach High School
  • Modernizations at Laguna Middle School, Los Osos Middle School, San Luis Obispo High School, and Morro Bay High School
  • Multiple improvement phases at Bishop’s Peak, C.L. Smith, Del Mar, Hawthorne, Los Ranchos, and Sinsheimer elementary schools
  • New classrooms, gymnasiums, student support spaces, pools, sports facilities, and fire sprinkler systems
  • Districtwide HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and infrastructure upgrades

Through each project, BMA helps SLCUSD create comfortable, dependable learning environments that support students, educators, and school communities across San Luis Obispo County.
